Westmount holds over 5 million square feet of multi-tenant warehouse and light industrial property in the Chicago marketplace among 48 buildings. Many are located in close proximity to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, a very geographically desirable area without vacant land and new construction limited to the replacement of existing buildings.
