Industrial Portfolio

The O’Hare industrial portfolio consists of 16 warehouse and light industrial buildings located west of Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport in the neighboring cities of Wood Dale, Bensenville, Elmhurst, and Itasca. The portfolio’s location provides tenants with convenient access to all major Interstates in the Chicago / O’Hare area via I-90.

Westmount acquired the properties starting in 2014. In late-2022, Westmount sold a large portion of the portfolio situated in the highly desirable Elk Grove Village industrial park. Currently, buildings in the portfolio range in size from 6k square feet to 130k square feet and can accommodate a diverse mix of tenants.
