Industrial Portfolio

The Wheeling industrial portfolio consists of two light industrial buildings located in the North O’Hare submarket, directly northwest of Chicago Executive Airport (PWK). These properties were acquired in 2016 as part of a 19-building acquisition (Westmount’s second Chicago portfolio purchase).

The two buildings were constructed in the 1980’s with masonry block construction and are located less than one mile away from I-294, providing quick access to northern suburban cities and Chicago’s O’Hare to the south.
