Industrial Portfolio

The Waukegan industrial portfolio contains three warehouse buildings located in the Lake County industrial submarket in far north Chicagoland. Two buildings are located in Gurnee off N Delany Road, and one building is located in Waukegan off Hawthorne Court.

The portfolio’s location provides tenants convenient access to Milwaukee and Chicago via I-94. Every building in the portfolio contains multiple drive-in doors, exterior docks, and clear heights above 17’. We purchased these properties in 2016 and 2017 as part of our second and third Chicago portfolio acquisition.
