Elgin Commerce Park is a four-building office and flex industrial business park located roughly 20 miles northwest of O’Hare International Airport in Elgin. Located directly off I-90, the buildings were constructed from 2002-2003 and feature a much higher average office finish at 65%. We purchased these properties in 2019 as part of our fourth Chicago portfolio acquisition.
