Industrial Portfolio

The Kenosha industrial portfolio consists of two light industrial buildings located in Kenosha, WI, roughly seven miles north of the Wisconsin and Illinois border. These properties were part of a 21-building Chicagoland portfolio that Westmount acquired in 2017 (Westmount’s third Chicago portfolio purchase).

The two buildings were constructed in the late 1990’s with masonry block construction and are located less than two miles away from I-41/I-94, providing convenient access to Milwaukee to the north and Chicago to the south. The properties are similar sized at roughly 21k square feet each with an average office finish of 16%.
