Industrial Portfolio

The DuPage County industrial portfolio consists of seven buildings spread across the North and South DuPage submarkets southwest of O’Hare International Airport. Located in the cities of Carol Stream, Addison, Romeoville, and West Chicago, the buildings in this portfolio benefit from their close proximity to both I-88 and I-355.

We purchased these properties in 2016 and 2017 as part of our second and third Chicago portfolio acquisitions. The properties range in size from 24k square feet to 145k square feet, built between 1966-1990 with masonry block or precast construction.
