The West Columbus Business Park consists of three single-tenant, infill light industrial buildings located in Columbus’s West submarket, less than one mile from the intersection of Interstate Highway 270 and 70 (I-270 & I-70). The three buildings are adjacent to each another and range in size from 52k square feet to 112k square feet. Their strategic location, flexible size, and direct access to nearby highways make them extremely attractive for a variety of tenants.

We purchased these buildings in 2018 when we acquired a multi-state, Midwest industrial portfolio. Historical tenant retention has been exceptionally high at this business park, averaging 18 years. The three buildings have been fully leased since our acquisition.
