We purchased these buildings in 2018 when we acquired a multi-state, Midwest industrial portfolio.
The buildings in the portfolio are similarly sized, ranging from 111k square feet to 148k square feet with an average office finish of 4%. This portfolio contains in-demand, small-bay warehouses with an average unit size of 45k square feet. At the time of purchase, the portfolio was 100% occupied with an average WALT of 3 years. Historical tenant tenure at the portfolio is 7 years.
