The Watkins Business Park contains two multi-tenant warehouse / distribution centers located in Columbus’s Southeast submarket, roughly five miles north of Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK). We purchased these buildings in 2018 when we acquired a multi-state, Midwest industrial portfolio.

The two buildings are similarly sized, ranging from 229k square feet to 289k square feet with an average office finish of 8%. High clear heights of 23′-26′ and an abundance of loading docks and drive-in doors make these properties attractive for tenants seeking infill warehouse / distribution space to service the Columbus market. Nearby thoroughfares include I-270, I-71, and Highway 23.
