The Northwest Milwaukee Industrial Portfolio contains four large distribution and warehouse buildings located in northwest Milwaukee, Mequon, and Menomonee Falls. The buildings are located near several major highways including I-41, I43, and Highway 145, enabling tenants to service the majority of Milwaukee metropolitan area.

The four multi-tenant buildings range in size from 182k square feet to 464k square feet with an average office finish of 4%. Each building contains 20-40 dock doors with high clear heights ranging from 21’-30’.
