Westmount at
Vista Ridge

Formerly known as Alta Vista Ridge, this Class A garden style apartment community was rebranded as “Westmount at Vista Ridge” upon acquisition in 2013. The three-story complex was constructed in 2007 and consists of 270 units and 291,240 square feet, situated on 11.7 acres.

Renovations to the property included unit interior updates and amenity upgrades. Interior improvements include faux wood flooring, updated fixtures, custom tile backsplash and resurfaced countertops. The exterior focus was the pool area with new seating areas, new pool furniture, as well as the addition of an outdoor kitchen.

With almost two-thirds of its 270 units being in the 2- and 3-bedroom size, plus its inclusion in the Lewisville Independent School District with six National Blue Ribbon of Excellence schools, Westmount at Vista Ridge had a strong appeal for families. We ultimately focused marketing efforts here to increase occupancy and retention.
