Acquired mid 2019, Skyline at Kessler is an 11-story high-rise apartment located in the prestigious Kessler Park Dallas neighborhood. The complex was developed in 1964 on an 8.26-acre site and contains a mix of 299 efficiency, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The average unit size is 694 square feet. Westmount rebranded the property from “The View at Kessler Park” to Skyline at Kessler.

Skyline at Kessler sits just west of Downtown Dallas off Interstate Highway 30 and directly adjacent to Stevens Park Golf Course. Its prime location is just a short drive away from some of Dallas’s top entertainment and employment destinations including: Downtown Dallas (Central Business District), Uptown, The Medical District, Design District, Bishop Arts, Victory Park, Trinity Groves and Deep Ellum.
