Formerly named “The Pointe at Ramsgate”, this garden-style apartment community was built in 1975 and contains 300 one- and two-bedroom units averaging 682 square feet per unit. The property has seven different floor plans and various community amenities including two swimming pools, an expansive club house, a 24-hour fitness center and a dog park. Westmount purchased the property in early 2019 and rebranded it as “Joule Apartment Homes” after completing various interior renovations and significant revitalization of property amenities.

The community is strategically located in northwest San Antonio on Interstate 10 between Wurzbach and Huebner Road (just north of Interstate 410). Its location provides excellent drive-by visibility as well as convenient access to highly rated schools, an abundance of shopping/ retail and numerous major employment centers including USAA HQ and the South Texas Medical Center. Finally, Loop 1604 and Loop 410 are both within 3 miles of the property which enables residents to commute efficiently around San Antonio.
