SoCo Urban Lofts

1122 Jackson St, Dallas, TX 75202, USA

SOLD

One of the largest downtown Dallas condominium conversions (203 units) to date, the final unit in the SoCo Urban Lofts sold in March of 2009.

Westmount redeveloped the Santa Fe Terminal Urban Lofts from rental units into condominiums and renamed the property to SoCo Urban Lofts. The property featured a variety of floor plans including some two-story penthouses with private roof decks. Originally constructed in 1924, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The term “SoCo” was coined by Westmount to signify the area “South of Commerce Street,” extending west to I-35, east to I-75/45 and to Commerce Street on the north. The southern boundary is undefined, as SoCo intends to be the gateway neighborhood leading downtown redevelopment toward the south.

SoCo Urban Loft Condominiums provide cutting-edge urban design and lifestyle amenities including spectacular city views, ceilings as high as 30 feet, secure access, an in-building parking garage, a rooftop pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Furthermore, residents are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and boutique retail outlets, all of which complement the various amenities inside the condos.
