Katy Building

Purchased in 1990, this iconic downtown Dallas building is an 8-story, multi-tenant office building located at the northeast corner of Commerce Street and Market Street. Originally constructed in 1914, the building has been extensively renovated while retaining its historic character.

At the time of purchase, tenants included multiple different law firms as well as the Dallas Conspiracy Museum. We sold the property in 2006 at a time when downtown Dallas real estate investment and development had grown significantly.
