Westmount acquired the property in early-2022 and rebranded it as Westmount at Mason Creek while completing extensive renovations to the unit interiors and amenity spaces.

The community is located directly off I-10, providing residents quick access to top demand drivers in the area including major medical facilities, numerous corporate parks, and a plethora of dining and retail options. The Katy submarket is known for its affluent neighborhoods, strong demographics, and a top-notch school district. Station at Mason Creek is zoned to Katy ISD which is the #2 school district in Houston.

The property has been well-maintained throughout past ownership but maintains strong renovation potential. Westmount’s planned upgrades include renovation of the clubhouse with an expansion of the existing fitness center.
