Westmount will rebrand the complex as Westmount at Hollow Tree Park following completion of unit interior and amenity upgrades.

Conveniently situated among several retail centers, Westmount at Hollow Tree Park provides its residents with numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options. The complex is located just west of I-45 on Hollow Tree Lane and north of Cypress Creek Parkway, which connects northern Houston directly to the city center, major business districts and the lifestyle that downtown Houston offers. Large nearby employment centers include George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Exxon Mobil HQ, multiple regional hospitals, and Hewlett Packard.

We purchased this community in 2018. Westmount has had success across its portfolio in boosting rents from these types of upgrades and has purchased more than 4,000 multifamily units in the state of Texas since 2012.
