Acquired in 2013, the Stonehenge Industrial Portfolio totaled 11 buildings located in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Total square footage of the portfolio was just under 900,000 square feet. All assets are strategically located near Atlanta’s Interstate 285 perimeter freeway and vary in type from flex industrial to distribution. The portfolio offered a variety of lease options with most buildings designed to service multiple tenants.

The portfolio-wide occupancy level was over 90% when we sold it in 2015. Overall, the properties were made from high-quality construction and well-maintained leading up to its sale.
