The Southwest Minneapolis industrial portfolio contains five buildings scattered around the Southwest industrial market, one of the Twin Cities’ most desirable areas. Two bulk warehouse and three office-warehouse buildings make up the portfolio, totaling 845,622 square feet. The buildings were constructed in the 1970’s and 1980’s and each contain multiple docks, drive-in doors, and clear heights above 15′.
Two buildings are located in the same complex in Eden Prairie while the remainder of the portfolio is located in the cities of Shakopee, Burnsville, and Chaska. Each of the buildings offers excellent visibility and freeway access through many major highways in the area. We purchased this portfolio in 2017 to expand our Midwest industrial footprint.
