Acquired in 2004, 4884 Duncanville Road is a warehouse/distribution facility located in southwest Dallas, Texas. The property was built in 1979, with a 75,000 square foot addition in 1996. Construction is C-masonry, block and tilt-wall on a concrete slab foundation with 22- to 24-foot clearance heights. The property includes 34 overhead dock doors, all equipped with levelers, shelters and lights.

At the time of purchase, the facility’s major tenant was ConAgra Foods. Westmount sold the property in 2006.
