In a recent interview with the Orlando Business Journal, Nick Sands, Managing Director of Acquisitions in the Southeast, discusses Westmount’s growth strategy in Orlando and the Southeast region of the country.
“Central Florida is one of our top targets, both Orlando and Tampa. Orlando, just being a top tourism destination and having significant population growth, is going to continue to drive industrial development. “
Nick also gave his thoughts on rising interest rates and how they will affect the commercial real estate industry as we enter the back half of 2022.
