WRC Central Forest, LP, an affiliate of Westmount Realty Capital, has sold three freeway billboards fronting North Central Expressway near the intersection of North Central Expressway and Forest Lane to First Glendora Partners, Ltd., dba Impact Outdoor Advertising Company.
A fourth billboard was sold previously as part of another transaction. The sites total approximately .14 acres of Westmount Health Campus. Remaining acreage to be sold in the Westmount Health Campus totals 18.5 acres.
Westmount Realty Capital purchased the highly visible 27-acre North Dallas site in December 2006. The campus is located 400 feet from DART’s Forest Lane light-rail station.
Since then, a local physicians group purchased a 4.35-acre tract in the campus for development of Forest Park Medical Center, which will include a 66,000-square-foot specialty hospital. Completion of the specialty hospital is scheduled for early in 2009.
Dallas real estate broker Sherwood Blount of Parkway Realtors has been given the sale listing for Westmount Health Campus.
