Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital has sold Richland Centre, a 231,458-square-foot retail center in North Richland Hills, to an affiliate of Morristown, NJ-based Lamar Cos. The 81 percent-occupied property, which is situated on 21 acres on Airport Freeway at the intersection of Loop 820 and Highway 183, includes five single-story buildings. Tenants include Oshman’s, Barnes & Noble, Ross dress For Less and Ashley Furniture.
