CHICAGO – March 16, 2020 – Westmount Realty Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that we have expanded our Chicago-based asset and property management team with the addition of six new employees. This talented group of industry professionals will directly support all asset and property management duties for the recently-acquired Chicago industrial portfolio.
Our new Chicago-based team is made up of the following:
Kit Sultz – Sr. Asset Manager
Kit oversees the asset management for the recently purchased industrial portfolio. He has over 20 years of industrial property and asset management experience. He received his MBA from the University of Michigan and holds a BBA degree from Ohio University.
Rich Schnobrich – Sr. Property Manager
Richard leads the property management team for the new Chicago-area portfolio. He has over 30 years of experience in property and facilities management with industrial, retail, commercial, medical and residential properties. He is a Licensed Illinois Managing Broker, Certified Property Manager, and holds an MBA from De Paul University and a BS degree from Illinois State University.
Neil Davidson – Operations Manager
Neil manages the operations of 46 light industrial properties in Metro Chicago and works closely with the Chicago-based property management teams. He has over 25 years of property management experience with a focus on daily operations, vendor management, tenant relations and special projects. He holds a BA degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Chris Zannis – Property Manager
Chris manages 1 million square feet of light industrial real estate in Elgin, Buffalo Grove and Vernon Hills with a 160-tenant roster. She has over 30 years of property management experience with a focus on cultivating and supporting tenant relationships. She holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License.
Ellyn Napoliello – Asst. Property Manager
Ellyn has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on property management. She supports the property management team on the diverse Chicagoland portfolio, focusing on building strong tenant relationships. She holds a BA degree in Liberal Arts.
Nicole Kendall – Asst. Property Manager
Nicole assists the management of 1 million square feet of light industrial space in northwest Chicagoland. With a roster of 160 tenants, she is responsible for developing and maintaining tenant relations, overseeing day to day operations, and income collection. She holds a BA degree in Communications from Western Illinois University.
