Westmount Realty Capital has appointed Curtis Walker to managing director – multifamily acquisitions. Based in Atlanta, Walker will be focused on the Southeast and will lead the multifamily acquisition group.
Walker brings more than 33 years of experience in the development and acquisition of multifamily assets to the role, accounting for more than $5 billion in value.
Walker joins the firm from Broadstone Real Estate, where he guided the firm to $116 million of new acquisitions. He also has held positions at Moran & Co. and Wood Partners, where he oversaw the sourcing of property, equity and debt for more than 7,000 units. Prior to that, Walker expanded Trammell Crow Co.’s new initiative of multifamily development in the Southeast.
