This investment enhances Westmount’s growing footprint in the Midwest and strengthens its position as a key player in the region’s industrial real estate market.
The portfolio, comprising over 390,781 square feet of industrial space, is strategically located in four of the highest-performing submarkets in the Chicagoland area, including the I-55 Corridor and North DuPage County. Currently, the portfolio is 91% leased to 37 tenants spanning 28 diverse industries including office, medical and automotive suppliers, home restoration and more, reflecting the sustained demand for industrial space, driven by the expansion of supply chain networks and last-mile delivery operations.
