Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital has purchased Braker Center 6, 7 and 11 in the Braker Center business park, located at the corner of Metric Boulevard and Braker Lane in North Austin. The one-story buildings, situated on 13.49 acres of land, encompass a total of 217,504 square feet and are 23 percent leased.
