Two Tampa industrial parks sell for $15.5 million

The Sunstate Center and Pioneer Park industrial parks in Tampa have sold for about $15.5 million.

The two properties consist of 14 buildings totaling slightly more than 332,000 square feet. About two-thirds is core industrial space and the balance is flexible use. The properties are nearly 80 percent leased.

Seller Walton Street Capital of Chicago was represented by Rick Brugge and Mike Davis of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida.

The buyer, an affiliate of Westmount Realty Capitol of Dallas, represented itself in the transactions.

The parks are located between Sligh and Waters avenues and the Veterans Expressway and Anderson Road.
