Health Campus

Westmount Health Campus is situated on a 27-acre tract at the northeast quadrant of North Central Expressway and Forest Lane in North Dallas, one of the most visible and accessible locations in the Metroplex. At the time, it was one of the largest pieces of developable land along North Central Expressway. Upon purchasing the property in 2006, Westmount had envisioned its best use to be for medical facilities and offices.

The location is accessible from all parts of Dallas and is within close proximity to several other major medical centers. It is also only 400 feet from the Forest Lane DART rail station. To date, Westmount Realty Capital has sold five (5) occupied pad sites, four (4) billboards, and approximately sixteen (16) acres of land to Forest Park Medical Center. Forest Park has constructed a 66,000 SF specialty hospital, a 125,000 SF acute care hospital and a 130,000 SF medical office building. A 5.5-acre tract and an adjacent 1 acre pad site are under contract to a multi-family developer for the construction of a 250-unit apartment complex.

Westmount sold the remaining 7.5 acres of available land in 2012.
