Trisum Care Center at Lakeside is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility totaling approximately 42,000 square feet. The property is located on 5.7 acres near the intersection of Loop 410 and Highway 151 in West San Antonio, Texas.

Construction of the facility was completed in one year. Afterwards, the tenant promptly moved into the property and began operations. The aging population of the United States creates strong demand for skilled nursing facilities, and this demand should be a positive for the property in the near term. After stabilizing the property and fully leasing it, we sold it.
