A New York investor has paid $17.8 million for a shopping center in North Richland Hills.
The Praedium Group LLC said Monday it bought the Richland Centre retail center at the intersection of Loop 820 and State Highway 183 in partnership with Westmount Realty Capital of Dallas.
The sale was negotiated by Weitzman Group.
Richland Centre includes five single-story retail buildings totaling 230,000 square feet. Major tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Barnes & Noble and Oshman’s Super Sports.
