The owners of a Las Colinas office complex are all smiles after signing a big lease.
Westmount Realty has rented an entire 84,868-square-foot building in its Riverside Commons complex to Research in Motion.
The wireless firm is consolidating workers in the new location.
Pat O’Keefe, David Potter and Anthony Bolner of CB Richard Ellis handled lease negotiations with Chris Taylor and Rodney Helm of Capstar Commercial Real Estate.
Westmount bought the office complex on State Highway 114 about a year ago and has been filling the six buildings up.
A smaller office deal for 7,600 square feet was signed with Strategic Equipment and Supply Corp. Lance McIlhenny of Staubach Co. handled that deal with Capstar.
“We are probably 70 percent leased,” said Westmount’s Cliff Booth.
