Countrywide Financial Corp. is adding to its office space in Collin County.
A partnershp of Dallas/based Westmount Realty Capital, LLC and Buchanan Street Partners said Friday that it has sold a 420,025-square-foot office and technical building at 1000 Coit Road in Plano to the California-based mortgage company.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The building, located north of State Highway 190, was formerly part of the Alcatel USA campus. Countrywide also has offices in West Plano and Richardson.
