Big lease renewal from WGI Innovations

Westmount Realty Capital LLC has snagged a big lease renewal from WGI Innovations for 231,034 square feet of office and industrial space. The import-export company will continue to occupy its current digs at 602 Fountain Pkwy. in Grand Prairie, where it has been a tenant since moving its headquarters there in 2007. Stephen H. Kanoff, executive vice president and partner at Westmount, said the company has “been integral to the success of the property.”

The 300,000-square-foot office/warehouse/manufacturing facility is located in the Great Southwest industrial district near State Highway 360 and Interstate 30. It has been fully occupied for the past four years. David Dunn of Dunn Commercial LP represented WGI Innovations in the transaction.
