2022 Houston Apartment Association Property Manager of the Year – Jaime Reynoso

We are very pleased to announce that Jaime Reynoso has been selected as the Houston Apartment Association Property Manager of the Year at the annual Honors awards on June 16th, 2022. Jaime started working for Parawest Management in 2011 and has managed Westmount at Braesridge for six years.

Jaime leads by example as she manages a 540-unit community. She is an absolute expert on her community and is an excellent relationship builder with her residents and her team. She maintains an 80% renewal ratio consistently while still increasing rents as necessary. Jaime is a great training manager as many of our Parawest team members have started working at her community to understand our company culture and best practices and procedures to be successful. Jaime was the outstanding community manager when Westmount at Braesridge won the HAA Honors for Senior Living Property of the Year in 2020.
