Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, has promoted Nick Sands to managing director of acquisitions in the Southeast. He is based in Orlando.
Sands joined Westmount in March 2020 as director of industrial acquisitions and was promoted to senior director of industrial acquisitions in 2021. During his two years with the company, he has demonstrated exceptional performance in sourcing commercial acquisition opportunities and reestablishing Westmount’s commercial footprint in the Southeast.
During his time at Westmount, Sands helped secure six acquisitions between April 2021 and April 2022. The first deal was Interstate Business Park, a seven-building, 122,000-square-foot suburban office/flex property in Tampa, followed by Deer Park, a 246,818-square-foot warehouse in the Jacksonville area.
