Westmount Realty Capital, a global investment firm with $1 billion in real estate investments in its portfolio, has acquired a mid-century modern high-rise apartment tower in a hip part of Dallas and is planning a multimillion-dollar upgrade.
The locally based real estate investment firm purchased The View at Kessler, an 11-story, 299-unit apartment tower at 2511 Wedglea Drive in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas from Santa Monica, California-based Turner Multifamily Impact Fund LP.
