An iconic Oak Cliff high-rise has sold to Dallas developers who plan to redo the building.
The View at Kessler – originally called Wedgwood Tower – is an 11-story residential tower that overlooks Oak Cliff’s Stevens Park Golf Course.
Built in 1964, the 299-unit building has been owned for three years by a California investment group that included actress Eva Longoria.
The mid-century modern high-rise was just purchased by Dallas’ Westmount Realty Capital, which plans to remodel the landmark building.
