Westmount Realty Capital, LLC has bought 1000 Coit Road, a 420,025-square-foot office building in Plano.
The building, which is less than a mile north of the President George Bush Turnpike, was part of the former Alcatel USA campus.
The building has about 200,000 square feet of office space, a warehouse, a cafeteria and cubicles for more than 700 employees.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Westmount Realty is a Dallas-based real estate investment and development firm.
