Investors Cliff Booth and Steve Kanoff of Westmount Realty have acquired more than 740,000 square feet of Dallas-area industrial warehouse space in two transactions.

The larger property is a 569,287-square-foot complex in Arlington on 109th Street in Great Southwest Industrial Park. The building south of Interstate 30 is about one-third leased. The second 173,175-square-foot distribution center is at 4884 Duncanville Road in Dallas and is about 60 percent ConAgra Foods.

“Current conditions in the DFW market make this a good time to acquire the right kind of industrial assets because they represent so much upside potential,” said Mr. Booth, who has previously invested in downtown commercial buildings.

Brokers in the transactions are Kevin Santaularia of Bradford Cos., Larry Leon and David Sours with CB Richard Ellis, and Tom Smolik and Michael Spain with TIG Real Estate Services Inc.
