Westmount acquired this portfolio, which consists of 14 buildings totaling just over 332,000 SF in 2013. Six showroom and flex buildings are located on West Waters Avenue, two rear-load dock-high buildings on Sunstate Street, and six front-load dock-high distribution warehouse buildings on Pioneer Park Boulevard. These infill industrial assets are strategically located in the Westside/Airport submarket of Tampa, providing excellent access to the entire Tampa region via Veterans Expressway, Interstate 275 and the Tampa International Airport.
Westmount has renewed the buildings with fresh exteriors, new signage and graphics, enhanced landscaping, make-ready vacant suites and other improvements to bring the properties back to prime leasing condition. Following the renovations, Westmount rebranded the buildings as Sunstate/ Pioneer.
We sold the property in late 2017.
