We acquired this property at a steep discount in 2012 due to its low occupancy level. Since then, we have completed significant improvements to the property to enhance its marketability including: Exterior: painting, lighting, re-striping of parking lot, replacement or renewal of overhead doors, new dock bumpers; and Interior: painting and carpeting of vacant spaces, as well as maintenance items as required throughout.

We sold the property in 2015 after implementing aggressive leasing programs to increase occupancy.
