The buildings are office, showroom, or warehouse structures and range from grade level (3 buildings), to semi-dock (10 buildings), to full dock (5 buildings). They are all rear-loading facilities with concrete tilt-wall constructions and clear heights from 14-20 feet. The project also offers on-site professional property management and security patrol.

The property’s location makes it exceptionally attractive. It is located approximately three miles west of Bush Intercontinental Airport and two miles east of the I-45/Greenpoint area.
