The properties are located well off of Interstate 71, providing easy access to the bordering cities of Cincinnati and Louisville.

Westmount acquired these assets, totaling 134,200 square feet, in late 2018. At the time of acquisition, the portfolio was 100% occupied by a single tenant with an average WALT of 6 years.

Florence is strategically located just minutes away from Cincinnati and the CVG International Airport, one of the region’s busiest. With this acquisition, Westmount continues to expand its Midwest industrial portfolio into new markets.
