Space is broken down into 298,119 SF of freezer/cooler space, 608,435 SF of dry warehouse space, and 192,139 SF of free-standing warehouse. The property has substantial trailer storage, employee parking and is rail served by DGNP (Rail America).

Upon acquisition, Westmount rebranded the property as Logistics Pointe Dallas. Since its initial construction, the complex has undergone several major expansions and renovations. Most notably, we raised the roof 15 feet on one of the buildings to maximize cold storage space for a tenant. Additional upgrades include upgrading the sprinkler system, upgrading refrigeration rooms, replacing old roofs, and completing a total exterior paint job.
