Formerly known as Candlewood Commerce Center, Westmount is rebranding the property as Logistics Pointe BWI.  With leasing at 39% at acquisition, Westmount’s improvement plans for the property include performing some speculative tenant improvements in the distribution and business service buildings to enhance the project’s appeal to the market and fulfill near-term occupancy requirements.  Built in 1978 and redeveloped in 2009-10, all of the buildings are tilt-up construction with rear loading and clear heights of 24’, 40’ x 40’ column spacing, and large truck courts and aprons.
