The asset is strategically located less than 3 miles from I-95, providing exceptional access to both Baltimore and Washington, DC, as well as the entire Eastern Seaboard via I-95.
Formerly known as Candlewood Commerce Center, Westmount is rebranding the property as Logistics Pointe BWI. With leasing at 39% at acquisition, Westmount’s improvement plans for the property include performing some speculative tenant improvements in the distribution and business service buildings to enhance the project’s appeal to the market and fulfill near-term occupancy requirements.
