Associate/Senior Associate – Private Capital (Dallas, TX)

Westmount is well-positioned and capitalized to expand its aggressive acquisition program, and is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate – Private Capital. In this position you will be a key member of the private capital team assisting in raising equity capital for our projects from RIAs, fee only financial planners and high net worth investors.

Project Coordinator (Dallas, TX)

The Project Coordinator will report directly to and support the Sr. Director Engineering, Director Capital Projects and Director Multi-Family Asset Management. Position will be based at company headquarters in Dallas, TX and work closely with construction team to support and administrate CapEx projects, renovation programs, due diligence and acquisitions for company assets.

Director – Asset Management – Multifamily (Dallas, TX)

The Director of Asset Management – Multifamily will be responsible for providing Asset Management leadership and strategic direction for the Multifamily business unit. This includes setting overall financial and operational goals and reporting on progress, variances and issues to company executives as well as directing, supervising and monitoring the activities of our third party property management portfolio staff.

Director – Asset Management – Commercial (Dallas, TX)

The Director – Asset Management will be based in our Dallas, TX office and responsible for a portfolio of properties and is essentially responsible for creating value, overall financial performance and returns at both the individual asset level and the portfolio level over the investment lifecycle. The Director – Asset Management is consistently involved and participating in key aspects of the strategy and performance of all assets including leasing, financing, business plan strategy development, pricing and operational strategy, capital project management and dispositions.

Senior Director – Acquisitions – Industrial (Dallas, TX)

Westmount is well-positioned and capitalized to execute an aggressive acquisition program, and is currently seeking to hire a Senior Director – Acquisitions (Industrial) for our Dallas, TX Office.  The Senior Director will report to the Executive Managing Director of Acquisitions for the firm and will function as a key player in acquisition efforts with their primary focus on acquiring value-add and Core+ industrial properties and portfolios concentrated in Texas and Southwestern United States.

Senior Accountant – Commercial Real Estate (Dallas, TX)

Immediate opening for an experienced SENIOR ACCOUNTANT in the Dallas corporate office of a growing private commercial real estate investor/developer. This position will assist with the accounting and preparation of financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial investment properties. This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller and works closely with asset/property managers, lenders and other third-party accountants. Dallas area applicants only.

Associate – Multifamily Acquisitions (Dallas, TX)

The Associate- Multifamily Acquisitions will be working closely with the Multifamily Acquisitions team in providing support throughout all areas of the acquisition process including deal sourcing, underwriting, financing, due diligence, and closing with a primary focus on evaluating and underwriting new opportunities.

Asset Management Analyst/Associate (Dallas, TX)

The Asset Management Analyst/Associate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Asset Management team, which is responsible for managing and optimizing the asset value of Westmount’s real estate portfolio. Individuals in this role are involved in all aspects of the managing and reporting process including underwriting, leasing, budgeting, appraisals and valuation, and project monitoring. This will include financial modeling and maintenance of various department statistics.

Construction Manager – Commercial/Industrial (Chicago, IL)

The Construction Manager – Commercial/Industrial candidate will report directly to the Senior Director – Engineering & Construction and will be based in Chicago, Illinois. This position will work closely with the Commercial Asset Management and Property Management teams to provide support throughout all phases of construction on newly acquired and existing assets. Projects to include tenant improvement, interior/exterior renovations, building envelope restoration/repairs/replacement (roofs, facades, windows), foundation/concrete repairs, parking lot repairs, truck dock equipment, site utilities, MEP repairs/replacement, etc. This role is not involved in any new or ground-up construction projects.

Associate – Industrial Acquisitions (Dallas, TX)

The Associate – Industrial Acquisitions candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Acquisitions team to provide support throughout all areas of the acquisition process including deal sourcing, underwriting, financing, due diligence, and closing with a primary focus on evaluating and underwriting industrial acquisition opportunities.
