Analyst – Multifamily Acquisitions (Dallas, TX)

The Analyst- Multifamily Acquisitions will be working closely with the Multifamily Acquisitions team in providing support throughout all areas of the acquisition process including deal underwriting, financing, due diligence, and closing with a primary focus on evaluating and underwriting new opportunities.

Senior Accountant (Dallas, TX)

Immediate opening for an experienced SENIOR ACCOUNTANT in the Dallas corporate office of a growing private commercial real estate investor/developer. This position will assist with the accounting and preparation of financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial investment properties. This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller and works closely with asset/property managers, lenders and other third-party accountants. Dallas area applicants only.

Asset Management Analyst/Associate (Dallas, TX)

The Asset Management Analyst/Associate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Asset Management team, which is responsible for managing and optimizing the asset value of Westmount’s real estate portfolio. Individuals in this role are involved in all aspects of the managing and reporting process including underwriting, leasing, budgeting, appraisals and valuation, and project monitoring. This will include financial modeling and maintenance of various department statistics.

Senior Director – Industrial Acquisitions (Atlanta, GA)

Westmount is well-positioned and capitalized to execute an aggressive acquisition program, and is currently seeking to hire a Senior Director – Acquisitions (Industrial) to be based in the Atlanta, GA market. The Senior Director will report to the Executive Managing Director of Acquisitions for the firm and will function as a key player in acquisition efforts with their primary focus on acquiring value-add and Core+ industrial properties and portfolios concentrated in the Southeastern United States.

Director – Asset Management – Multifamily (Dallas, TX)

The Director of Asset Management – Multifamily will be responsible for providing Asset Management leadership and strategic direction for the Multifamily business unit. This includes setting overall financial and operational goals and reporting on progress, variances and issues to company executives as well as directing, supervising and monitoring the activities of our third party property management portfolio staff.
