Value Add and Opportunistic: $50MM+ per transaction, no limit
Stabilized: $100MM, no limit
Targeted Leveraged Returns: Value-Add – 17% +                         Stabilized –   12% +
Markets: Primary and secondary U.S. markets with minimum 80MM SF inventory
